Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas.
• Clear tables after guests leave and transport wares to dish room.
• Wash all china, glass and silverware and clean all equipment, pots and pans.
• Store all equipment in proper locations and maintain a clean, safe kitchen.
• Attend mandatory meetings and perform side work as assigned.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and complete duties as directed.
