Job summary

Main Event is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen. Duties include cleaning, sanitizing, and properly storing all dishes and utensils, operating equipment safely, and assisting with prep and line maintenance as needed.

The role requires reliability, clear communication with Guests and Team Members, and flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends. Prior hotel/restaurant maintenance is a plus; 18+ and presentable appearance are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous maintenance experience in hotel or restaurant is preferred but not required.
• Must be friendly and able to smile while working days, nights and/or weekends.
• Must clearly communicate with Guests and Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, flatware, and glassware.
• Safely operate kitchen equipment and handle glassware to prevent breakage.
• Assist with line maintenance, sweeping, and clearing dishes during shifts.
• Help with prep and banquet items as directed by management.
