Job summary

PENN Entertainment is hiring a dishwasher to support kitchen operations at our venues across North America. You’ll set up and operate the dishwashing area, clean and sanitize equipment, and maintain clean storerooms and hallways while following safety procedures.

You must be at least 18 years old, able to tolerate hot and wet conditions, and stand for long periods. The role may include duties outside the core scope to support guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Must be able to tolerate hot and wet conditions.
• Compliance with all policies procedures and safety requirements.
• Must stand for long periods.
• Must be able to follow directions.
• Physically mobile with ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs. and maneuver in varied spaces.

Responsibilities

• Polices areas from previous shift.
• Checks with food production people for equipment and security.
• Coordinates with manager on duty for upcoming business.
• Cleans and sanitizes kitchen storage areas and equipment.
• Sets up dishwasher and operates according to standards.
• Dish room and kitchen areas are cleaned, floors swept and mopped.
• Keeps storeroom walkways and hallways clean and accessible.
• Completes opening and closing side duties as needed.
