Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and MSDS.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to perform basic math operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sanitation in all food outlets meets Health Department and OSHA guidelines.
• Ensure proper storage of equipment, chemicals and restaurant supplies.
• Remove trash from outlets to refuge dumpster.
• Ensure proper stocking of all food line china and utensils.
• Proper cleaning of dish sanitation equipment.
• Maintains required licenses and certifications as stated.
