Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read technical procedures and follow recipes.
• Must obtain and maintain food handler certificate.
• Standing and walking frequently with lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and serving meals to residents.
• Strip down returned trays and start washing dishes.
• Operate dishwasher and maintain kitchen sanitation.
• Carry out trash and keep kitchen and dining areas clean.
• Support orientation and training of dietary staff as needed.
