Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in hospital or long-term care dietary department preferred.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet physical and sensory requirements and work in the described environment.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks.
• Set up trays and deliver meals to residents.
• Check trays for menu and diet preferences and accuracy.
• Stock and store food items and maintain inventory as assigned.
• Wash dishes and clean kitchen and dining areas.
• Report hazardous conditions and incidents.
• Participate in process improvement to enhance resident experience and workflow.
