Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of kitchen and dining facility.
• Set up cafeteria lines, steamtables, dining room tables and service stands with food items.
• Serve food by order and proper proportions.
• Brew coffee according to servings required.
• Assemble salads and fruit portions with dressings.
• Make cold sandwiches using prepared ingredients.
