Blackstone Consulting Inc. is seeking a Food Sanitation Specialist to ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and dining facility in accordance with contract requirements.

You will relocate foods, beverages, and cleaning supplies as needed and report issues to your supervisor. The role requires strong customer service in food service, ability to clean in a food service environment, and a solid work ethic.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and food service experience.
• Ability to provide cleaning services within a Food Service environment.
• Solid work ethics.
• Must maintain clearance for base access.
• Must work split shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Must read, speak and write English fluently

Responsabilités

• The principal responsibility is to ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and dining facility in accordance with contract requirements.
• Relocate foods, beverages, and cleaning supplies to the immediate work area.
• Communicate to supervisor any specific problems in the area.
• Dining Hall: Clean all table tops; floors swept and mopped daily; bi-weekly floor waxing.
• Ensure napkin dispensers, salt/pepper shakers, and condiment dispensers are full.
