Job summary

Reform, located in San Francisco, is seeking a Kitchen Designer to assist clients in creating custom kitchen designs from our US-based showrooms. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design, plus at least 5 years of kitchen design experience.

The role involves direct client consultations, creating detailed designs, and managing client relationships efficiently. The position offers a competitive salary with commissions, health benefits, and professional development opportunities.

As a Kitchen Designer at Reform, you will help clients bring their kitchen visions to life from one of our US-based showrooms. You will collaborate closely with clients to design and plan bespoke kitchens, combining creativity, technical expertise, and strong communication skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, ora relatedfield is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in kitchen design, with a portfolioshowcasingyour work.
• Proficiencyindesignsoftware and tools, such as 3CADor similarplatform.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in a showroom or client-facing sales environment.
• Knowledge of Scandinavian design principles and sustainability practices is a plus.

Job Responsibilities
