Job summary

Reform is looking for a Kitchen Designer in New York, NY. You will help clients create their dream kitchens by combining creativity and technical expertise. Collaborating closely with clients, you will design innovative, functional kitchens based on Scandinavian design principles.

With a preference for a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design and at least 5 years of experience, you will manage client consultations and project proposals. The role offers a competitive salary between $80,000–$115,000, along with benefits including health insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in kitchen design with a portfolio.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in a showroom or client-facing sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct client consultations to understand needs and design goals.

  • Prepare detailed drawings and 3D renderings.

Job Description

As a Kitchen Designer at Reform, you will help clients bring their kitchen visions to life from one of our US-based showrooms. You will collaborate closely with clients to design and plan bespoke kitchens, combining creativity, technical expertise, and strong communication skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in kitchen design, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools, such as 3D CAD or similar platform.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a showroom or client‑facing sales environment.
  • Knowledge of Scandinavian design principles and sustainability practices is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
