Kitchen Designers are inside/outside salespeople. They work inside the store with customers and our appliance team, as well as remotely and in customer’s homes. Time management skills are key to make sure each day’s effort gets the maximum return on that time.

Compensation and Training Pay

Kitchen Designers earn a base salary of $1,000 per week plus commissions. Commissions will be guaranteed at $500 per week for the first 24 weeks of employment. This helps cover the ramp-up period while a new Designer is training and builds a pipeline of sales.

Details of the commission plan will be thoroughly explained during the interview process. In total, an experienced Kitchen Designer should earn $72,000 - $100,000 per year.
