Job summary

InfraHire is seeking a Kitchen Designer in Salem, MA to lead residential kitchen projects from initial consultation through design, ordering, and installation. You will meet with homeowners to capture goals and budget, create layouts using 2020 Design, and prepare detailed design documents for orders and installation.

You will coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion. Travel locally for site visits and measurements is required.

Qualifications

• Experience designing residential kitchens, using 2020 Design software.
• Ability to take accurate field measurements and assess site conditions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Manage kitchen design projects from initial client consultation through to finalized plans, ordering, and installation.
• Meet with homeowners to understand their kitchen goals, style preferences, and budget.
• Create attractive and functional residential kitchen layouts using 2020 Design software.
• Assist clients in selecting cabinetry, countertops, hardware, and finishes.
• Take accurate field measurements and assess existing site conditions.
• Prepare detailed cabinet layouts, design documents, and specifications for orders and installation.
• Revise designs based on client feedback to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Coordinate with homeowners, contractors, vendors, installers, and internal team members throughout the project.
