Job summary

Sbhonline is seeking an experienced freelance Kitchen Designer for a full- or part-time role in Ocean, New Jersey. You will design residential kitchens, prepare layouts and renderings, and collaborate with homeowners, contractors, and interior designers to deliver compelling spaces.

Flexible part-time schedule with growth potential and project-based compensation as our studio expands. The ideal candidate will drive client satisfaction and manage projects from concept to order, ensuring accuracy

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in designing residential kitchens.
• Proficient with kitchen design software, preferably 2020 Design.
• Strong knowledge of cabinetry, appliances, countertops, and layouts.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Availability for occasional client meetings at Ocean, NJ showroom.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their needs, style, and budget.
• Create functional and attractive kitchen designs.
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, renderings, and cabinet specifications.
• Revise designs based on client feedback.
• Coordinate with our sales and project teams.
• Review measurements and help ensure orders are accurate.
