Home Surplus in Brentwood, MD, is seeking a Kitchen Designer to help customers turn their dream kitchens into reality while boosting sales. Depending on experience, you may start as a Design Associate or Senior Designer, with room to grow in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll use 2020 Design software to layout kitchens, advise customers on budget-friendly options, provide quotes, manage orders, and close sales, all while delivering a friendly, consultative experience that earns trust and

Qualifications

• Experience with 2020 Design or similar.
• Knowledge of kitchen fixtures + basic residential construction.
• Great listener, organized, reliable, and detail-focused.
• Strong communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus).
• Enjoys consultative selling to help customers make the best choices.
• Able to work retail hours, including some Saturdays.
