Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a Design and Sales Consultant to grow with our team. The role includes meeting prospects, conducting in-home consultations, and presenting solutions across 5 core services. Earn 100k–200k annually with a signing bonus, paid training, and benefits.

We provide warm leads, showroom walk-ins, and networking opportunities. You will collaborate with our install team to ensure client satisfaction and referrals.

Qualifications

• 5 years of kitchen design experience.
• 5 years of sales experience with a proven record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional demeanor when working in clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospects generated by Kitchen Tune Up marketing.
• Greet showroom visitors and enter prospects in the tracking system.
• Attend networking events to generate leads.
• Conduct pre-qualified in-home consultations.
• Host design meetings in the showroom.
• Create design layouts using SketchUp or similar software.
• Ask the right questions and build rapport with clients.
• Present solutions across kitchen service offerings and close sales.
• Coordinate with project team to ensure installation accuracy.
• Maintain client communication through every step of the process.
• Perform final walk-throughs after installation to generate referrals.
