Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a full-time Kitchen Sales Representative in Knoxville, TN. You will guide homeowners from inspiration to execution, presenting layouts, materials, and finish selections while building trustful client relationships.

This relationship-driven, consultative role offers an uncapped compensation plan with a bi-weekly draw during ramp-up, plus a company car or mileage reimbursement and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in home improvement or design.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfort meeting clients at home and in showrooms.
• Interest in design, layouts, and how spaces are lived in.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand goals, preferences, and budget.

• Guide clients through the full sales process from initial consultation to signed agreement.
