Qualifications

• Sales or business development experience preferred.
• Experience in interior design, kitchens, cabinetry, construction, or residential design is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Comfortable networking and representing the company in the community.
• Ability to build trust with homeowners and industry professionals.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with builders, remodelers, architects, and designers.
• Schedule and attend networking meetings and industry events.
• Represent Cabinet IQ in the Knoxville market.
• Host educational events, lunch-and-learns, and showroom open houses.
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals and relationships.
• Meet with homeowners and industry professionals to present designs and proposals.
• Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure project execution.
