Job summary

Dairy Queen Grill and Chill is seeking enthusiastic Kitchen Crew Members in Cincinnati, OH. You will greet fans, prepare food quickly and safely, and work with teammates to maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment.

Ideal candidates are positive, energetic, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting while following health and safety standards. Prior experience is helpful but not required. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Must communicate positively with fans and co-workers.
• Must work well under pressure with a great attitude.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to handle raw, frozen, and cooked food.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador of the Dairy Queen brand and be professional in every aspect of performance.
• Greet fans warmly and deliver fan-first service.
• Prepare food products following health and safety standards.
• Operate and maintain grill, fryer, and other cooking equipment.
• Complete prep work for stocking and grill area.
• Resolve fan concerns per service recovery standards.
• Maintain a positive, safe, clean environment for fans and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
