Dairy Queen is seeking friendly Grill Crew Team members to satisfy fans with hot burgers, sandwiches and Chicken Strip Baskets. You'll be trained to cook, prepare and serve with hospitality during busy times, creating a great experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older to apply.
• Communicate positively with fans and co-workers during shifts.
• Work well under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Be able to move quickly in a high-volume service area and handle up to 40 customers per hour.
• Follow established food handling procedures and health regulations.
• Exhibit good manners, personal hygiene, and promptness.
• Have fun and maintain a positive attitude at all times.

Responsabilités

• Safely prepare, cook and present food quickly and efficiently.
• Assist in keeping the kitchen clean at all times.
• Work safely around all kitchen equipment.
• Know and perform your assigned jobs.
• Show up on time, maintain a great attitude and stay focused during shifts.
• Be a willing team player and cooperate with management and fellow team members.
• Assist in keeping the restaurant and bathrooms clean at all times.
• Be responsible to fill your shift if unable to work.
