Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador of the Dairy Queen brand and maintain professional performance.
• Greet and welcome fans to Dairy Queen, helping with menu navigation.
• Assist fans with product ingredients questions and menu choices.
• Deliver fan-first service with timely, high-quality interactions.
• Address fan concerns calmly and follow service recovery standards.
• Be a cooperative team player with management and colleagues.
• Prepare treat products following health and safety standards.
• Create and maintain a positive, safe, clean, inviting environment.
• Exhibit genuine passion for excellence at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
