Dairy Queen is seeking a highly motivated Crew Member to join our Hebron Rd Heath location. You will deliver fan service, assist with food prep, and work as part of a fast-paced team.

The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and employee discounts while you build customer service and kitchen skills in a supportive environment.

Ideal candidates are reliable, able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and communicate clearly with teammates.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move quickly under pressure in a high-volume environment.
• Capable of standing for long periods and working in varying temperature conditions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to read order monitors accurately.
• Adherence to food handling procedures and local health regulations.
• Positive attitude, good manners, proper hygiene, and punctuality.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and assemble treat orders quickly and accurately following health and safety standards
• Communicate clearly and politely with co-workers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Operate and maintain restaurant and chill equipment safely
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of customer and work areas
• Stock and rotate products properly to ensure freshness
• Assist with daily prep work and thorough cleaning of the chill area
• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
• Report any issues or unusual situations promptly to management
