Traditions Hospitality Group in Oklahoma is seeking a Back of House Crew Member to support daily kitchen operations. You will assist with food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and work closely with the kitchen team to ensure quality meals and a smooth dining experience.

Ideal candidates are 18+, able to pass a background check, and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training and growth opportunities are offered within a dynamic, hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain a Gaming License.
• Background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Assist with food preparation tasks (chopping, slicing, marinating).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and timely orders.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management.
