Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a Front of House Crew Member in Oklahoma to join our dynamic team. You will welcome guests, take orders, handle payments, and ensure a superior dining experience.

Responsibilities include assisting with food prep, maintaining a clean dining area, and coordinating with kitchen staff to fulfill orders accurately and promptly. Prior customer service is preferred; training is provided, and we offer growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Gaming license (if applicable) may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Take orders accurately and process payments using POS.
• Assist with food preparation and packaging for takeout.
• Maintain clean and organized dining area; restock supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
