Ono Hawaiian BBQ is hiring Kitchen Crew Members to support the back-of-house operations and deliver high-quality food to our customers. You will assist with food preparation, stocking, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment in a fast-casual setting.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required by state or local health department.
• Basic math and English communication skills required.
• Excellent customer service skills expected.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Perform food preparation, stocking of inventory, food quality and portion control when cooking and serving food at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure timely service to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store with daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
