Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Kitchen Crew Members. This hourly role involves supporting back-of-house operations, food preparation, stocking, quality control and ensuring timely service on the cookline. Compensation is $20.00 per hour and positions can be either part-time or full-time.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required by health department.
• Basic math skills and basic English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and Kitchen Crew Training Guidelines.
• Perform food preparation, stocking of inventory, quality control, and portion control.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store with daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
