Ono Hawaiian BBQ in Lancaster, CA is seeking motivated Kitchen Crew Members to support the back of house and deliver high-quality food to customers. This hourly position offers $20.00 per hour and opportunities for part-time or full-time schedules, with emphasis on adherence to health codes and safety standards.

As a Kitchen Crew Member you will assist in food preparation, inventory stocking, and ensuring timely, accurate service while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Food handler card required by health department.
• Basic math skills and basic English communication.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Perform food preparation, stocking of inventory, food quality and portion control when cooking and serving food at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure the food is served accurately and timely to customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store by performing daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
