Responsibilities

• Cook, prepare, and package food product per standards.
• Operate dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, and prep stations.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation: trash, mopping, dishes, surfaces.
• Maintain regular attendance and assist as needed.
• Report customer or employee issues to MOD.
• Move and stock food weighing up to 50 pounds.
