Legends Global is seeking a Kitchen Cook for the main kitchen and concessions to prepare food items for events and daily service. The role requires lifting up to 30 pounds, flexible hours including weekends and holidays, and a Food Handler's Permit or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities include following BEOs, assembling recipes, keeping equipment clean, and maintaining safety standards while delivering high-quality meals during events.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED. (required)
• 1 year experience in a banquet facility preparing meals for large events.
• Food Handler's Permit or ability to obtain one upon hire.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 30 pounds; flexible hours.

Summary

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Kitchen Cook for Legends Global. This position is in the main kitchen and in concessions and is responsible for preparing food items for the facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervises temporary labor.
• Fulfills the service per each Banquet Event Order (BEO).
• Prepare recipes as directed.
• Maintains all kitchen equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance.
• Designs buffet food presentations.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

• High School diploma or GED certificate
• 1 year experience in a banquet facility preparing meals for large events

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $17.75
