Job summary

WaTiki Indoor Waterpark Resort in Box Elder, SD is seeking a line cook to join our kitchen team. You will assist with stocking, prep and cooking of menu items, ensuring timely and accurate plating under the guidance of the senior chef.

Qualifications include a high school diploma/GED and 2+ years in a restaurant kitchen. Reading recipes and strong food handling knowledge are essential; ServeSafe certification is preferred. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.”

Responsibilities

• Assist with stocking and setup of kitchen stations.
• Prepare food including cleaning, chopping ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, and snacks.
• Plate prepared foods per senior chef’s guidance.
• Coordinate with servers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Wash and clean kitchen utensils and store equipment after shifts.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in line with food regulations.
