Job summary

Tin Lizzie Gaming Resort in Deadwood, SD, is hiring a full-time cook to join our bustling resort kitchen. You will stock and prep stations, cook a range of dishes, and plate meals under the guidance of the senior chef. Collaboration with servers ensures timely, high-quality service and consistent guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of cook experience in a restaurant.
• ServeSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations.
• Prepare food, including cleaning, cutting ingredients, and cooking main dishes, desserts, and snacks.
• Plate prepared foods under senior chef guidance.
• Work with servers to ensure orders are completed on time.
• Wash, clean, and store kitchen utensils and equipment after shifts.
• Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are met.
