Dairy Queen Bigfork is hiring a Kitchen Closer to join our team. This full-time role focuses on preparing, cooking and presenting food safely and efficiently while ensuring a great guest experience.

You will operate across kitchen stations, stock inventory, and uphold Dairy Queen standards. The job requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to handle close-out duties and product updates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently per Dairy Queen standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (grill, fryers, assembling, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly.
• Stay updated with new Dairy Queen products.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Complete in-house training and stay updated on changes.
• Complete all closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Dairy Queen rules and dress code.

Shift Hours: 3:30 PM - 10:00 PM (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Dairy Queen standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including grill, fryers, assembling, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Dairy Queen
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Dairy Queen rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
