Job summary

Dairy Queen Bigfork is hiring a Front of House Team Member for part-time evening hours. You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and prepare treats while ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.

Role requires attentiveness to product quality, teamwork, and adherence to store policies. Training will cover new items and standard procedures to deliver signature Dairy Queen service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take orders accurately at the counter and drive-thru.
• Handle cash and card payments accurately.
• Prepare Blizzard Treats, cones, and other DQ Treats to standards.
• Keep dining room, counter, and drive-thru neat and orderly.
• Stock front of house supplies as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Dairy Queen.
• Complete in-house training and stay updated on changes.
• Complete all closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Dairy Queen rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Prepare Blizzard Treats, cones, and other DQ Treats to Dairy Queen standards
• Keep the dining room, counter, and drive-thru neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Stock front of house supplies as needed
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Dairy Queen
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Dairy Queen rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
