Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile and positive interactions.
• Wash department equipment, utensils, dishes, pots, and pans thoroughly and consistently.
• Handle food safely and maintain a clean, neat work area at all times.
• Remove trash promptly and transport to designated area or compactor.
• Answer the telephone promptly and provide helpful service to customers.
• Collaborate with coworkers to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment.
• Assist in other areas of the store as needed and take on special projects as assigned.
• Maintain personal hygiene, dress standards, and Hy-Vee policies.
