Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a hardworking dishwashing team member to maintain cleanliness of kitchen dish areas, equipment and serviceware, ensuring smooth operation and great guest experience.

You will load and operate dishwashing equipment, wash and sanitize utensils, manage trash, and support FOH/BOH teams in a fast-paced environment. Standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and safe handling of chemicals are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to operate designated equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for distances and stairs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify dish machine function and chemical levels.
• Scrape and rinse dishes, load and operate dishwashing equipment.
• Wash, sanitize, and store utensils, glassware, and dishware.
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and cooking equipment using proper warewashing.
• Sort, remove, and dispose of trash in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area.
• Stock clean glassware, utensils, and dishware.
• Change dish machine chemicals and water; maintain 3-compartment sink.
• Support team flow by providing steady supply of clean items.
• Clean, sanitize, and mop kitchen and restaurant areas as directed.
• Collaborate with BOH/FOH teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks and side work as directed.
