Qualifications

• Previous supervisory and culinary experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities of food service staff as assigned by FSD.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after each use and perform routine cleaning.
• Store and label food items, maintain organized storage of dry and refrigerated goods.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining daily production records and complete required documentation.
• Assist in cross-training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
