Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Northridge, CA 91324 is seeking a versatile team member to operate the cash till, greet customers, and complete all transactions with accuracy. The role includes stocking, cleaning work areas, assisting in food preparation, and supporting promotional events as needed.

Applicants should follow uniform and safety policies, maintain hygiene standards, and work well within a busy team environment. Salary is hourly and commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Follow dress/uniform policy.
• Must obey all State and Federal guidelines regarding health and safety policies.
• Wear clean complete uniform at all times: black pants, white Vallarta polo shirt, black non-slip shoes, dark socks, hair net/Vallarta hat, and clean apron.
• Wear safety glove when using knives.
• Wash hands frequently (at least every 20 minutes) with hot water and anti-microbial soap from elbows down for no less than 20 seconds.

• Follow management directions and promote teamwork.
• Assist and participate with Company marketing promotional events and programs as needed.
• And all other assigned job duties.

Essential Job Duties:

• Lift boxes and product ranging between 20 lbs up to 60 lbs
• Place boxes/product onto dolly or cart
• Emptying hot and cold containers of food and fill out containers with cold and hot food.
• Push/pull between 30 lbs up to 200 lbs (items on cart/dolly)
• Bend/Stoop pick up and or place product below waist level (including shelves and racks)
• Place product onto bins and position for sale
• Grasp/Grip product to prepare for sales by either cutting or cleaning product
• Constant sweeping/pushing broom to pick up debris to keep work area cleanReaching above shoulder level (cookware placement on shelving/racks in kitchen area)
• Place debris/trash/recycle cardboard in respective areas
• Will clean and maintain kitchen tables and bins
• Climb ladders to retrieve product on top shelf/cooler
