Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items in an efficient and timely manner following proper food handling techniques.
• Follow recipes to control production and maintain consistency and freshness.
• Ensure efficient flow of food dishes with emphasis on portion control, quality, presentation and temperature control.
• Break down and store leftovers using FIFO principles.
• Assist in prep work and inventory/production charts as needed.
• Put away stock when necessary and report items in need of repair.
