Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center in Raleigh seeks an experienced Back-of-House (Kitchen) Manager to lead a high-volume kitchen. You will oversee sanitation, inventory, and staffing while ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires weekend and holiday availability and a focus on guest dining experiences. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in restaurant management, knowledge of COGS and labor, and ServSafe certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of restaurant experience.
• ServSafe certified or able to complete certification.
• Experience in managing COGS and labor costs.

Responsibilities

• Own Back-of-House/Kitchen sanitation and operations.
• Hire, train and manage all team members.
• Manage inventory of food and beverages.
• Handle Back-of-House budget.
• Attend staff meetings and train on updated processes.
