The role is highly strategic, focusing on market outreach, partnerships, and events where our ideal clients and referral partners can be reached. You will translate networking into measurable sales opportunities through lead generation and qualified appointments.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development, outside sales, or ambassador roles.
• Strong network within the local market or the ability to build relationships quickly.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with high-level professionals and homeowners.
• Strategic mindset focused on high-value activities over scattershot networking.
• Professional, polished appearance and demeanor.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and mobile technology to track leads.
• Knowledge of kitchen remodeling or construction industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and nurture strategic referral partnerships with designers, agents, builders, associations, and community leaders.
• Attend networking events and represent the company at galas, expos, and local markets.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into kitchen remodeling projects.
• Coordinate outreach plans for targeted neighborhoods and market segments.
• Track ROI and report lead generation outcomes with the sales team.
