Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up Franchise System in Maryland is seeking a Business Development Brand Ambassador to represent our remodeling company in the Maryland market and grow through relationships, not cold selling. The ideal candidate already has community connections, enjoys networking and building trust, and prefers a flexible, performance-based income.

Prior experience in closets, real estate, design, or home services is a plus.

• Self-motivated and disciplined (this is not a clock-in/clock-out role)

• Ability to stay focused on high-value activities.
• Organized enough to track leads and follow up

Responsibilities

• Build Relationships That Drive Business: Connect with realtors, designers, builders, and local influencers; Develop referral partnerships that lead to real opportunities; Focus on quality relationships, not volume
• Be the Face of the Brand: Represent the company at networking events, community events, local markets and associations; Communicate who we are and what we stand for with professionalism and confidence
• Generate Qualified Opportunities: Turn conversations into qualified leads and booked appointments; Focus on homeowners and referral partners aligned with our ideal projects; Support the sales team by handing off warm, well-positioned opportunities
• Execute a Targeted Local Strategy: Focus your efforts in specific neighborhoods and high-value areas; Identify where your time will have the biggest impact; Host small events like lunch & learns with top-performing realtors; Build relationships with complementary trades (closet companies, etc.)
• Stay Active on Social: Share your presence before events; During events; After events; Help build awareness and credibility organically
