Kitchen Tune-Up Inc. is seeking a dynamic Business Development & Brand Ambassador to generate qualified opportunities for kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects.

You will represent the company at home shows, farmers markets, trade shows, and community events, connecting with homeowners to understand their needs and pre-qualify projects for the sales team. This is a flexible, performance-based role with no base salary; compensation is commission-based.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, networking, or field marketing.
• Friendly, professional communication; ability to start conversations.
• Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Generate remodeling leads through events and outreach.
• Speak with homeowners about their kitchen and bathroom remodeling goals.
• Pre-qualify prospective clients using a company-provided questionnaire.
• Schedule qualified homeowners for initial design consultations.
• Enter appointments and lead details into CRM.
• Notify the sales team when qualified appointments are scheduled.
• Represent the company at home shows, farmers markets, trade shows and approved events.
• Support pre-event, live-event, and post-event social media promotion.
• Use company-approved messaging, promotions, and marketing materials.
• Track lead sources, appointments, attendance, and project outcomes.
