Blue-Signal-Search in Indianapolis is seeking a Kitchen and Bath Development Manager to lead planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of residential projects. You will partner with clients, field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain schedules, verify measurements, manage materials, and ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

The role requires strong communication and coordination across multiple phases, with hands-on leadership on site and a commitment

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen and bath, remodeling, interiors, renovation, or a related project driven environment.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills with a customer focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects while maintaining detail, urgency, and follow through.
• Working knowledge of scheduling, measurements, material coordination, and installation workflows.
• Practical problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast paced on site setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen and bath projects from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate with clients, field teams, vendors, and stakeholders to keep work moving.
• Review scope, measurements, materials, schedules, and site readiness.
• Maintain clear communication with customers about timelines and updates.
• Support ordering accuracy and document flow across projects.
• Identify risks early and maintain strong customer experience.
• Align sales, design, scheduling, and installation to keep projects on track.
