Responsibilities

• Review construction plans with sales prior to client quotes.
• Collaborate with sales to provide product specifications.
• Verify purchase order receiving for accuracy and defects.
• Serve as the main point of contact with homebuilders.
• Manage internal project timelines to keep jobs on track.
• Coordinate product deliveries and pick-ups.
• Conduct site visits to ensure proper installations.
• Address site issues such as layout conflicts.
• Conduct punch list inspections with contractors.
• Provide customer tutorials on purchased items.
