Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Chantilly, VA is hiring an Inside Sales / Project Coordinator to support design and remodeling projects. You will assist Designers and Key Business Managers with planning, scheduling and quoting, then drive orders and payments while building strong customer relationships.

The role offers a base pay of $20 per hour plus monthly commissions, with benefits and growth opportunities in a fast-paced showroom setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; AA/BA/BS a plus.
• 1-2 years of solid customer service experience.
• Construction background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Designers and Business Manager on new construction and remodel projects.
• Plan and schedule projects, quote preliminary designs and order materials.
• Process customer payments and manage materials orders to drive sales.
• Cultivate great customer experiences and follow leads in a fast-paced showroom environment.
• Assist with project coordination to ensure on-time delivery and satisfaction.
