This role contributes to a positive, welcoming, and innovative design experience by helping clients navigate a complex process. You’ll meet with clients, develop on-trend designs using 20-20 Design, interpret plans, and prepare quotes while coordinating with builders and trade partners to ensure budgets and timelines

Qualifications

• 2+ years of kitchen and bath design experience in showroom and/or new construction.
• Proficient with design software such as 20-20 Design and MS Office tools.
• Ability to read architectural or builder plans and coordinate with trades.
• Interior Design degree or NKBA cert is a plus; travel with valid license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand goals, lifestyle, and budget for kitchen and bath designs.
• Develop on-trend designs using the showroom and client specs, using 20-20 Design.
• Present cabinetry, countertops, fixtures; prepare accurate quotes and docs.
• Process change orders, identify upsell opportunities, and maintain records.
• Coordinate with builders, ITS lead designers, and trade partners on projects.
• Stay current on design trends for retail showroom and custom-build clients.
