Job summary

You will assist with color coordination, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, lighting, and related design elements while providing administrative support and ensuring showroom displays stay current and inviting.

The ideal candidate has 0-3 years of related experience, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associate Designer role requires 0–3 years of related experience.
• Interior design degree is a plus but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support design center operations with administrative tasks.
• Record product selections and manage documents per procedures.
• Assist with showroom sampling and display maintenance.
• Advise homebuyers on interior design options and upgrades.
• Collaborate with sales counselors to meet design and sales metrics.
