Qualifications

• Relevant experience preferred but not required.
• Solid communication skills (oral and written).
• Background in interior design and/or drafting preferred.
• Strong customer relationship skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to adapt and learn.

• Excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Designers build relationships and connect with people daily.
• Match colors, finishes, styles and trends to realize customers' visions.
• Involved in new construction and renovation projects from start to finish.
• Projects across showrooms, job sites, and virtual meetings to meet customer needs.
