S. W. Collins Company Home Design Center in Caribou, ME is seeking a Kitchen and Bath Designer to join our growing team. You will advise clients, match colors and finishes, and manage projects from start to finish on site, in the showroom, and online, delivering beautiful results.

Ideal candidates have drafting or interior design background, strong communication and time management skills, and a customer-focused mindset. We offer training, commissions, and opportunities for advancement.

As S. W. Collins Company continues to grow, we are looking to expand our kitchen and bath design team. We are seeking a talented, motivated designer with prior experience to join our team at our Home Design Center.

Job Description

Designers have the opportunity to build relationships and connect with people daily.

They put their creative talents to use matching colors, finishes, styles, and trends to make customers’ dreams become reality.

Our design team is involved with new construction and renovation projects from start to finish.

With projects across our local communities, designers can be found on the job site, in our showroom and virtually to meet the needs of our customers.

Key skills include but aren't limited to project management, attention to detail, time management, and relationship management.

Product knowledge is key to the success of our team and numerous training opportunities are provided throughout the year by S. W. Collins and our vendor network, as well as the National Kitchen and Bath Association.

This is a challenging and rewarding position where every day and project is different than the one before.

Candidate Requirements
