Carter Kitchen & Bath is seeking a Kitchen Design and Sales Representative to manage new construction and remodel projects from measurement to delivery. You will work with builders, contractors, and homeowners to design kitchens and baths, leveraging your cabinetry knowledge, blueprints, and sales skills.

We offer a commission-based structure with uncapped earnings and opportunities for growth within a family-owned environment. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Design and sell to contractors and homeowners.
• Knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, detailing, and trends.
• Read blueprints.
• Proficient in 20/20 design software and Microsoft Office.
• Perform detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule based on customer needs.
• Strong math skills for quoting.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities
