Job summary

Kight Kitchen Interiors, part of Carter Lumber's Kitchen & Bath division, seeks a Kitchen Design and Sales Representative in Bowling Green, KY. You will design interior spaces (kitchens, baths, offices, mudrooms, bars, etc.), measure sites, and secure final sales while collaborating with builders, contractors, and homeowners.

Salary is commission-based with uncapped earning potential; the team emphasizes prompt follow-through, relationship-building, and staying current on product trends.

Qualifications

• Ability to design and sell to contractors and homeowners.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, detailing, and trends.
• Proficient with reading blueprints and reading specs.
• Proficient in applying accurate quotes with strong math skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Design and specify kitchens, baths, offices, and other spaces from measurement through delivery.
• Work with builders, contractors, and homeowners to secure final sale.
• Identify sales opportunities and convert them into projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
